Josh is a well rounded real estate professional with years of experience in the real estate industry on both the management and brokerage side. Originally from Stratford, CT Josh got his start in Real Estate while studying music in Boston where he got his license and started leasing apartments. Since then he’s facilitated transactions of all sizes from tiny 140 square foot office suites to multi-million dollar retail parcels. In addition to lease negotiation and sales, Josh has a great track record with the commercial and residential portfolios he manages. When he doesn’t have his nose in a deal you can find him enjoying live music, a day of fly fishing, or a round of golf.
