Tommy Campo – Property Management Director
Tommy Campo handles requests from tenants, liaises between vendors and owners, and ensures that the maintenance requests that come in are handled in a timely fashion with the utmost care. He also oversees the management team and all construction projects. Tommy has been with the Farnam Group since 2016. His favorite sports team is the Pittsburgh Penguins, even though they are lame. To quote Tommy, “Absolutely not, you can’t write that on the day they play Washington in Game Seven!”
Sherry Zuckerman – Marketing Director
Sherry Zuckerman holds a B.A. in English from UConn, class of 2009. Sherry makes sure units are photographed well, described with gusto, listed on all the major portals, coordinates staging, takes floor plans, and provides assistance for showings, and events. Her years of experience in the restaurant industry help ensure she knows how to throw a great party and that clients, tenants, and coworkers are treated with the utmost care. When she’s not checking out homes and office space for sale, she can be found playing with her two Dachshund (aka wiener dogs) Oscar and Relish.
Aviva Katz – Bookkeeper
Aviva has been an invaluable member of Farnam Group since 2013. Born and raised in New Haven, and a property owner herself, she has a real instinct for the local real estate market. Aviva completed the Real Estate Principles and Practice course in September 2013 and now oversees the maintenance and finances for all of our management clients. Aviva attended Southern Connecticut Hebrew Academy, where she earned awards in Math and Science.
Erika Delgado – Receptionist
Erika is a lifelong East Haven resident, who is the face of our office. She is incredibly kind and a great listener, which makes her a capable and reliable receptionist. She intakes calls, emails, handles back office data and paperwork, and ensures that all tenants, clients, and people who visit our office are treated with respect and served quickly and efficiently with a warm smile. She speaks Spanish and English, and has 4 beautiful children, three boys (ages 10,14, and 18) and a girl (age 3).
John Franchi – Director of Maintenance
Johnny has served as the Director of Maintenance at Farnam Group since 2013. He has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, having previously worked at American One Construction, New Haven Drywall, New Haven Partitions and AA Construction. With experience in every major category of property maintenance, Johnny is able to resolve even the most complex maintenance issues efficiently and cost-effectively. He has previously completed classes and held certifications in OSHA 10, Lead Abatement and Hazardous Waste Disposal. Johnny grew up in the Fairhaven neighborhood of New Haven. He plays softball in the East Shore Softball League, and he loves to fish and be in the great outdoors.
Ted Martinez – Special Projects
Ted has been working with the Farnam Group since 2017. He is a pleasant and helpful presence in the office and quickly responds to the needs of our tenants on special projects in units across town. You’ve never met a more charismatic individual who can quickly assess a situation and find a reasonable approach to anything from tiling and carpeting, to plumbing and lighting, to larger construction changes — while keeping everyone happy and laughing.
Alyson Heimer – Communications Consultant
Alyson provides the print and digital marketing for the Farnam Realty Group as well as guidance on internal and external communications to keep large projects on track. Though originally working in political communications, she has been in the field for close to ten years. Alyson holds a BA in Economics from Simmons College in Boston, and an MA in International Affairs, Conflict Resolution, and Civil Society Development from the American University in Paris.
